What we liked about The Azure of Palm Coast was the cleanliness, the newness of the community, and all the things that they had to offer. They have a courtyard area where they have people come and play music. They have barbecues for special holidays like the 4th of July. They had a lot of different areas inside where you can play games, play pool, or checkers. They have something different on each level, which is nice. They showed us some of the crafts there, and then they also had activities planned for the residents.

He was given a shower the second day of his arrival and never got another one and was there for two weeks. He had been given wash clothes up to a point and had to use paper towels to wash. In order for me to get his dirty laundry without going through all the sarcastic remarks these people hand out he would get in his wheel chair and bring it up to the front. He was overlooked on many requests and was only given the small pitcher of water once a day. I could go on but I am running out of room.
